1 - No access through the main entrance to the site before 0700. Everyone must be offsite 30 minutes before dusk or no later than 2130 during the lighter nights. Exception for charity business or overnight events. Dusk is as soon as the sun goes down behind the hill to rear of Beechhill Fishery.

2 - No loud music (If fellow anglers ask you to turn it down then please do so)

3 - No ground fires or unauthorised BBQs.

4 - Dogs must always be kept under control and any fouling must be picked up and removed from site.

5 - No alcohol or drugs. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will face disciplinary action.

6 - No littering please use the bins provided. All stands must be cleaned after use. Toilet and kitchen are to be cleaned after use.

7 - When competitions, coaching events, events and outreach sessions are being held then please refer to the Beechhill Fishery Event Access Policy.

8 - U18s must always be supervised and escorted whilst on site. Children are not to roam more than one stand from the responsible adult supervising them.

9 - Please park responsibly and leave access for anglers with disabilities. No vehicle access for loading unloading or parking at bankside with exception of blue badge holders or authorised permit holders. Stands 10-13 to be kept clear at all times. Gateways and trolley park to be kept clear. Right of access must always be given.

10 - Please respect and honour and requests made by bailiffs. Bailiff's have the right to request to view your licence and the power of search of any property including vehicles.

11 - Do not enter and authorised areas of the farm or adjoining land as it is private and respect all boundaries and landowners.

12 - All members have the right to challenge anyone for proof of subscription or authority to be onsite. Be always civil and if unsure inform a committee member if onsite or call secretary on 07764943212.

13 - Any damage or wear and tear must be reported to maintenance officer.

14 - No boats or float tubes with exception of maintenance boat.

15 - The entrance gate must always be kept closed with exception of maintenance work. The last person to leave the site is responsible to ensure the gate is locked and electric fence is activated. Last person leaving to check all gates closed and secure, gas cooker turned off and kitchen clean and tidy.

16 - No access to far banks except for bailiff and maintenance works.

17 - No camping or overnight stays except for organised events by consent or bailiff patrols.

18 - deceased fish which are removed from water are to be placed in the green bags provided bin beside the main entrance and not to be left on bank sides or pathways.
